Thanksgiving Day Pictures

Well, Thanksgiving turned out to be pretty nice up here in Michigan. (Every time I use the word "nice" I think of my 12th grade English teacher, Mrs. Speidel. She always said, "'Nice' is a useless word; it hardly describes anything! Don't use it!" Sorry, Mrs. Speidel!)

Here are a few pictures I've finally uploaded -- hope you enjoy!

The kitchen table -- not bad! The little specks all over the tablecloth are metallic turkeys and the words say "Happy Thanksgiving." Just a little homage to my Mom; she always has little touches like this on her tables.

Sean, carving a bird for the first time. He did very well!

Really wish I'd moved the empty can of cranberry sauce out of the picture...

Now, that is one good-looking family! Talk about a lot to be thankful for... (Mrs. Speidel would be all over that fragment, and the whole the whole ending the sentence with a preposition thing would bother her, too!)
