Memorial Day

On Veterans' Day I thank my father for his service in the Air Force and my cousin's husband, Norm, for his current service in the Marines. I'm so thankful I don't have to thank either of them on Memorial Day.

My father's Air Force days are long gone so he will continue to receive honor on Veterans' Day. Norm, however, is still serving. I pray his career will end in retirement by choice and will see years and years of Veterans' Day celebrations.





Many thanks to those who gave their lives so I can live in the greatest country in the world.
