I love my Irishman

Sean's been reminding us all week to wear green today. He takes his Irish heritage seriously, especially this time of year.  And while I'm all for him celebrating his homeland, I'm very glad he doesn't expect me to cook this particular traditional Irish meal: 



Sean's mom gave me a magnet years ago that I've always appreciated:
