Halloween's coming up, which I know

because some of our neighbors have the most hideous lawn decorations. One house has what looks like hands coming up out of the ground by a cardboard tombstone. Another has huge, fake cobwebs all over the front porch. The real low point is the skeleton hanging from a noose. I just don’t get that…*
