Last day of summer...

I know many of my friends are enjoying the last day of summer with a camping trip. Thankfully, I'm not. But the good Chef, a hiker/camper enthusiast, recently sent me a link to a campsite even I could handle: Treebones Resort.

Enjoy a little bit of camping, Christy-style, and Happy Labor Day!

    Yerts! Now THAT is camping I could get behind, too. Actually, I read a really cool piece in Conde Nast Traveler magazine a few years ago about going on safari. Remember the pub we're talking about. The organizers built "tents" for the guests to stay in, complete with hardwood floors, showers and A/C. Looked something like these yerts. And yes, I want to go!
